A mix of smart program design and gym based personal training.

We will have one to one sessions with the added benefit of a tailored program which you will be able to utilise in solo training sessions.

  • x1 Personal Training session per month

  • 24 hour cancellation policy for 1:1 sessions

  • Tailored program every 4 weeks

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Weekly check-ins

  • General support 9am-5pm (Monday to Friday)

  • Minimum 3 month rolling contract via direct debit
